My name is Katlyn Bachan, but most people call me “Bacon”. I grew up dedicated to playing soccer in Georgia and Texas, earning a scholarship to play Division I soccer at Louisiana Tech University - Go Dawgs!

I moved to Florida in 2012 after my best friend convinced me that the Gulf Coast is home to the most beautiful beaches - I think we can all agree that she was definitely right about that!

I’ve spent the last 10+ years living in Pensacola and supporting dozens of Verizon & T-Mobile Teams along the panhandle, but in 2023 I decided to shift my career into Real Estate.

I chose to join the Octavius Real Estate team because after over a decade working in the corporate world, I realize the value of a boutique style agency that allows their agents to focus on clients specific needs, as well as providing me the ability to learn and partner with the best in the business.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and our 6 rescue dogs (yes, I said 6!) Together we travel, adventure, and of course enjoy the Gulf Coast beaches. Give us a Jeep wave the next time you see us riding around town with our dogs👋🏽

Hi, I am Kacee and I moved to Pensacola in 2010 to finish my degree at UWF but things quickly changed when I found my interest in Real Estate. Growing up in Southern California I always found myself driving around gazing at all the beautiful homes in my area. I started my career in 2012 and haven’t stopped since. In my free time I love playing tennis, hanging out friends, family, and of course my handsome dog, Hamilton. I have been an active board member of the Pensacola Humane Society since 2015 and participate in other charity events when I can.

My name is DeWitt Clark and I am a native Floridian, born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. I continue to maintain numerous business relationships in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

After I graduated from Samford University with a double major in Finance and Economics, I graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

As a co-broker of Octavius, I specialize in complex real estate transactions. I have a love for real estate development and taking projects from the rezoning/permitting stage all the way through construction and sales. As the son of a real estate developer and realtor, you can say it’s in my blood!

In my spare time I enjoy golfing, cheering on FSU football and boating with family.

Real Estate has a mixture of everything I enjoy which includes helping others, making new friends, spending ampel time in the community, and being close to the beautiful Gulf Coast. Hello, my name is Tori Miller and I am a born and raised Pensacola local! I have spent my whole life here minus the few years I moved away to attend the University of Florida.🐊 My time at UF was focused on marketing, specifically through social media, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Media and Society and Master of Mass Communications specializing in Social Media.

I am wife to my wonderful husband, Seth and mom to my beautiful daughter, Layla. We love to go on walks and adventures together! I love being on the water, traveling and am a big foodie! Around lunch you can probably find me at George's Bistro or Carmen's.

I earned my real estate license in February 2024, but I am not new to the real estate industry. I began straight out of grad school in 2017, working for multiple home builders, a real estate company, developer, and a property management company as Director of Marketing and Events, as well as being Director of Social Media and Events for a local marketing agency. My next path lead me to become Regional Vice President of Business Development for a title company where I learned the ins and outs of title. I have years of experience in social media, hosting events, open houses, and marketing real estate, so the natural transition was to get my license.

My name is Jimmy O’Donovan, and as the managing broker at Octavius Real Estate, I get to not only watch my clients obtain their real estate goals, but watching each member of our team grow within their own career is truly an honor and a privilege. Co-owner and Managing Broker is not the title I enjoy the most, being a father and dad to my 12yr old son, and best friend, Malakai, is what I live for.
